I hired Alfonso Núñez to provide real estate consultation, listing and marketing services for the sale of my mother's property in Caguas, Puerto Rico. As part of my selection process, I interviewed individuals from three leading real estate firms in Puerto Rico over the telephone and Alfonso Núñez clearly stood out from the rest. He was personable, professional, extremely knowledgeable and was willing to hear and answer all of my questions. During the actual process of marketing and showing the property, Alfonso kept me informed of all developments, provided honest and expert advice and continued to quickly and effectively respond to all of my questions or requests. He was able to find a qualified buyer for the property in less than six months, assist the buyer with financing and coordinate all aspects of the closing. When everything was ready, Alfonso called me in New York, I flew in to Puerto Rico and the closing was completed successfully the next day. Wow! It does not get better than that.
